To comment on a proposed rule, click on the “Add new comment” links next to the rules below. Comments may be submitted until the date indicated in the “Comment Deadline” column.
You must submit your name and email in order to leave a comment (your email address will not be published with your comment). Your comment will be reviewed for spam before it is posted on the site and may take up to one full business day to be displayed. See Comment & Posting Policy.
If you do not wish your personal information, such as email or mailing address, or phone number, to appear in the published comment, please do not include it in your comment. The email provided in the field to submit the comment will not be displayed.
