The Department of Environmental Protection (“DEP” or the “Department”) is proposing rules to amend the Noise Code Penalty Schedule (Chapter 47 of Title 15 of the Rules of the City of New York) to conform to changes made to the Noise Control Code (Chapter 2 of Title 24 of the New York City Administrative Code) by Local Law 80 of 2021.
