The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection is proposing to amend rules related to the prevailing wage for building service employees in City-leased or financially-assisted facilities (“Prevailing Wage Law”). Local Law 212 of 2019 amended the Prevailing Wage Law by adding a new protected wage for certain covered projects.
