The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection is proposing to amend the existing sightseeing bus rules to implement Local Law 176 of 2018 relating to sightseeing buses and sightseeing bus drivers and to update and modernize the Department’s sightseeing bus rules.

Although not all of the comments I raise relate to substantive changes in the proposed amendments, I’d like to bring attention to issues in the industry that DCA could improve for consumers’ benefit.
