Adopted rule summary:
The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection is adopting its rules relating to debt collectors. Specifically, DCWP is clarifying the intent and applicability of recently adopted amendments to these rules. For comparison, the Department has also created a version of these rules that shows changes, underlined and [bracketed], from the language in the August 2024 NOA.
