Adopted rule summary:

Notice of Adoption to amend Department of Consumer and Worker Protection rules to permit additional time to renew certain licenses that expired in 2020 and 2021 and were subject to license term extensions created by emergency executive orders.

    One of our member in 2021 forgot and never was notified to renew his second hand auto dealer’s license on July 31st. When we went to reapply because it was over 6 months it expire, the supervisor in your office said that he needed a new C of O or a letter of no objection from the Building Dept. Why out of nowhere after this dealer being in business for years (10) your office says he needs a C of O with the code 16, and his C of O says clearly auto dealer. Are you now trying to put these auto businesses out, denying them to be compliant so you can fine them?

    I need an extension for my permit renew, I’m trying to survive in this hard time, first we don’t have merchandise because of chips problems, I am making enough money to pay only rent, I don’t want too loose 15 years of hard work I’m already lose all my money in the covid time, now I’m trying to make money again
