Adopted rule summary:
Require the Technology System Providers to reimburse the Driver Incentive TIF/SHLIF payment directly to the driver; permit medallion owners to place a used Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle into service while eliminating the vehicle retirement requirement for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles; extend the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) vehicle specification standards, which currently apply to taxicabs, to accessible For-Hire Vehicles, and; require licensed drivers re-take Passenger Assistance and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle On-Demand training courses under certain circumstances.
