The New York City Commission on Human Rights is proposing to amend its rules to establish a process by which members of the public may submit a petition for the Commission to consider the adoption of rules.

Attendees who need reasonable accommodation for a disablity such as a sign language translation should contact the agency by calling 1 (212) 416-0261 or emailing by October 7, 2021
