I support the proposed 6-02 to define a rule making petition process.

Please clarify the mailing address in 6-02(c)(4), set a max timeframe that can be set in 6-02(d)(2) as less than 12 months to avoid abuse of target implementation dates that are years in the future as a way of effectively denying, and in the interest of promoting transparency add a new section (f) with a requirement to publish a yearly count of petitions received and the disposition as either denied or accepted with intent to pursue rule making.

Please do not put foot powered bikes in the same category as ebikes. And, for goodness’ sake…do not allow them on the sidewalk. Who owns the DOT? Transportation Alternatives?

Please don’t allow delivery trucks to be allowed to park on bike lanes. Regular non commercial cars and commercial cars already park on bike lanes – NYPD seems to be permissive to this. Providing bike lanes saves lives!
There should be designated parking space for delivery vehicles in every block.
