Proposed new Section 103-18-b states that the owner of a covered building must submit a report, in a form and manner determined by the Department, in accordance with section 28-310.3 of the Administrative Code. Can you please clarify the Department of Buildings’ thoughts on what form and manner the report must adhere to so building owners can begin to plan accordingly. Thank you
