The New York City Human Resources Administration (“HRA”) proposes to amend the Fair Fares program by increasing the income eligibility standard from 120 to 145 percent of the federal poverty level.     Please show some humanity, Law Giver, and make it easier for New Yorkers to get around — expand the Fair Fares Program, PLEASE. It is a time of callousness and cruelty and the rich are fleecing us all. Law Giver, whose side are you on?
