To implement notification and public information procedures for new homeless shelters in accord with requirements of State law requiring public information sessions on shelter siting; public information sessions will continue to provide the public the opportunity to raise questions and concerns to DHS about proposed homeless shelters and their locations without causing unnecessary delays.
