The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is proposing to amend Chapter 3 (“Performance Summary Cards and Penalties for Child Care Programs”) of Title 24 of the Rules of the City of New York to modify the information that will be presented on performance summary cards (PSC) issued to child care providers by the Department pursuant to Section 390-j of the New York State Social Services Law.

Comment added February 25, 2025 9:33pmI suggest for the Performance Summary Cards for Child Care be emailed to parents enrolled in the program. I also recommend for them to be more conspicuous like the restaurant or building efficiency ratings.
