The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) proposes to promulgate rules to establish a Water Penalty Schedule for violations of the Water Supply Code (Title 24, Chapter 3 of the Administrative Code) and rules promulgated thereunder, including the Water Shortage Regulations.
