I strongly support not allowing use if single use items. It cuts down on waste and is better for the environment

If the ebike law is enforced, most ebike stores will be forced out of business tomorrow, and everyone who is buying an ebike, or needs to repair theirs will be forced to patronize underground bike sellers, with even less accountability. In additional to penalizing bike stores for selling non-certified bikes, bike parts and batteries, there should be further penalties for restaurants and apps who use uncertified bikes.
