The Mayor’s Office is adopting the addition of a new Chapter 19 to Title 43 of the Rules of the City of New York to establish a child savings account program to offer children’s savings accounts primarily to eligible kindergarteners across the City for the 2021-22 school year, and to an expanded number of students in later school years.
