The Department of Parks and Recreation is proposing to amend its rules to limit the number of caliper inches of replacement trees required in certain zoning districts.
NYC Parks has determined, pursuant to New York City Charter section 1043(e), that a public hearing on the proposed rule would serve no public purpose. The template language below about accomodation does not apply in this case.
Attendees who need reasonable accommodation for a disablity such as a sign language translation should contact the agency by calling or emailing by July 21, 2022
