The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection is proposing procedural amendments to the rule prohibiting injurious conduct by licensees towards Department employees. These proposed amendments outline the procedural steps that the Department and the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings would follow in enforcing and adjudicating violations of the injurious conduct rule.

My comment in no way endorses a licensee to injure any DCWP employee; however, I am concerned about the immediate suspension of a license based solely on accusations. My comment is the suspension should be the result of findings of an investigation. The proposed rule violates the rule of law. No licensee or agency should be above that.
