Adopted rule summary:
The New York City Conflicts of Interest Board is required to adjust for inflation every four years the dollar amount established in the definition of "ownership interest." Pursuant to this requirement, this amendment adjusts the dollar amount from $55,000 to $64,000.

Comment added October 22, 2025 12:50pmIf only the elected officials that update new rule would help took the time to understand the impact of inflation on the housing they legislate. 15% increase here, but <4% at the Rent Guidelines Board. Fascinating.
