Adopted rule summary:

These amendments codify advisory opinions with interpretive value and clarify existing rules to conform to current practice. Additionally, the amendments incorporate the Board’s longstanding interpretation that the acceptance of gifts offered as a result of a public servant’s City position would violate Charter § 2604(b)(3).
