The Department of Buildings is proposing to amend its rules to add fees for boiler and elevator inspection reports and site safety plan review.

I AM THE LEAD EXPEDITOR FOR OUR COMPANY WHICH SPECIALIZES IN SITE SAFETY PLANS. I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS REGARDING THE FEES
1. IS THIS A ONE-TIME SUBMISSION FEE? SO IF THE EXAMINER COMES BACK WITH COMMENTS DURING THE REVIEW PROCESS THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
2. IF WE SUBMIT AN AMENDMENT AND PAY THE FEE AND THE EXAMINER DEEMS IT AS A MINOR REVISION DO WE GET THE FEE REFUNDED? I
