Adopted rule summary:
This final rule makes the increased $1700 burial allowance available for applications received through June 30, 2021, while the City continues to seek a legislative change that would provide for additional reimbursement from the State. The burial allowance will continue to be available to cover funeral, burial and cremation expenses.
