Pursuant to the authority of the Commissioner of the New York City Department of Homeless Services (DHS), under sections 389, 612 and 1043(i) of the New York City Charter, notice is hereby given of the adoption of the following emergency rule, effective immediately, repealing the Low Barrier Bed Placement Process to be replaced by a new rule to be proposed at a later date.
