This proposed rule would amend sections 5-01, 5-02, 5-03, 5-07, 5-09, 5-10, 5-11, and 5-12 of Chapter 5 and section 3-01 of Chapter 3 of Title 34 of the Rules of the City of New York to implement recently enacted local laws, clarify and update existing Dining Out NYC program requirements to align with policies and practices, and make additional amendments to improve the administration and operation of the Dining Out NYC program.
