Would it be possible for the City to accept back used computer equipment that is no longer useful to non-profits who no longer need it? I know that now many large non-profits have to pay to have old computer equipment disposed of to companies that turn around and re-sell that equipment at a profit. Much of that equipment is still viable for several years and could help smaller non-profits. It is also a greener option.
