The Department of Buildings hereby adopts the amendments to Sections 102-01, 102-04, 103-01, 103-05 of Chapter 100 of Title 1 of the City of New York, regarding the implementation of Executive Order 2 titled, “Small Business Forward: Review and Reform of Compliance Costs on Businesses,” with the goal of reducing the regulatory burden on small businesses.
