Adopted rule summary:
Pursuant to the authority vested in the New York City Department of Finance (“DOF”) under New York City Charter §§ 1043(a) and 1504, and New York City Administrative Code § 11-208.1, DOF hereby adopts amendments to rules in order to clarify certain real property income and expense reporting requirements for real estate of utility company properties.
