The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is proposing to amend Chapter 28 of Title 24 of the Rules of the City of New York to prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and flavored e-liquids to sales to entities located outside of the City of New York.
