The New York City Department of Finance (“DOF”) is proposing to amend its Parking Violations Bureau rules to authorize State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University Police Officers to issue parking violations in New York City. Additionally, DOF is proposing to amend its rules referring to the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities to reflect that agency’s change in name.
