The New York City Department of Finance (“DOF”) is adopting various rules and amendments to DOF’s rules concerning its Adjudications Division. These adopted rules and amendments revise and add defined terms, update pronoun and capitalization usage, correct ministerial spelling and defined term reference errors and update and clarify procedures and rules to conform to current practices and to improve operational efficiencies.
