Adopted rule summary:
The Board of Health of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (“Department”) amended at its meeting on October 24, 2023 Article 11 (Reportable Diseases and Conditions) of the New York City Health Code and added two new diseases Alpha-Gal Syndrome and Carbapenem-Resistant Organisms to the list of diseases and conditions that are reportable to the Department.
