The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is proposing to add a new Chapter 36 (Needle, Syringe, and Sharps Buyback Pilot Program) to Title 24 of the Rules of the City of New York, the rules governing the creation of a needle, syringe, and sharps buyback pilot program as mandated by subdivision g of section 17-180.1 of the New York City Administrative Code.
