if a person uses the pay by plate function, do they still receive a physical meter receipt from the machine? IF they are given a ticket, what receipt do are they provided if they use the pay by plate function?

    1. In the event a vehicle with an out of state, foreign, or temporary plate needs to use the pay by plate system, will that need be accommodated?
    2. will the PARK NYC app be integrated into the pay by plate option and will the accommodations listed in question 1 be available?
